RFP639 - Employee Benefits Consulting, Third-Party Administration (TPA) & Managed Benefits Services

The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is seeking a full-service benefits partner to provide Employee Benefits Consulting, Third-Party Administration, and comprehensive, day-to-day Managed Benefits Services. The selected firm will act as a strategic advisor and fiduciary partner, supporting the procurement of carriers and proposal evaluation, managing carrier relationships, and providing TPA services for self-funded plans. The firm will also administer day-to-day benefits operations, provide compliance support, and deliver robust employee communication and education. Key responsibilities include: • Acting as a true strategic advisor and fiduciary partner • Supporting the procurement of carriers and proposal evaluation • Proactively managing carrier relationships, renewals, and performance • Providing TPA services for self-funded plans • Administering day-to-day benefits operations, eligibility, and claims oversight • Providing compliance support for ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and other applicable laws • Delivering robust employee communication, education, and enrollment support • Providing technology-enabled benefits administration and data analytics The ideal candidate will have experience providing benefits consulting and TPA services to governmental, public sector, or quasi-governmental employers, and will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the public sector employee benefits landscape.
