Furniture Requirement

The Space Force is seeking a small business vendor to provide and install office furniture. The project consists of removing existing furniture pieces from designated open floorplan office spaces and installing new furniture in the designated rooms. The vendor will be responsible for proper installation of new furniture, disposal of existing furniture, and work site clean up during and after the work. The scope of work includes removal and disposal of 49 existing furniture pieces across three rooms, installation of new furniture across three rooms, and provision of various office equipment such as cubicles, desks, chairs, and whiteboards. • The vendor must provide executive suite quality furniture. • The vendor must be able to install a wall where an approximate 2’ x 2.5’ whiteboard can be hung in each cubicle. • The vendor must provide capabilities for power and network ports for NIPR, phones, and office equipment. • The vendor must provide locking storage drawers and overhead cabinets. • The vendor must provide mid-back and high-back chairs with roll-around capabilities.
