Description
The Department of Justice is seeking a vendor to provide Jaspersoft Enterprise Maintenance and Support for a three-year term. The vendor will be responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the Jaspersoft software. The contract will be awarded to the lowest cost responsive and responsible bidder. The bidder must complete and return all required documents, including the Cost Worksheet, Bidder Declaration, and California Secretary of State (SOS) Certificate. The bidder must also provide a copy of their California seller's permit or certification of registration.
• The contract term is for three years, from 12/1/25 to 11/30/28.
