The City of Saco is seeking a qualified vendor to supply one brand‑new 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe Special Service Vehicle (SSV) to replace a retired 2010 Ford Expedition. The vehicle must meet an extensive list of configuration codes covering color, trim, powertrain, chassis, interior equipment, and optional accessories, and must be delivered ready for service within the specified delivery window. The city will accept a trade‑in value for the existing Expedition, and the contract price must be quoted exclusive of sales tax (the city is tax‑exempt).
