Budget estimate

$6,000,000 – $10,000,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the cost of developing 23 affordable units. The cost of developing affordable housing can range from $200,000 to $500,000 per unit, depending on the location, design, and amenities. Assuming an average cost of $350,000 per unit, the total cost of the project would be around $8,050,000. However, this is just a rough estimate and the actual budget may be higher or lower, depending on various factors such as the complexity of the project, the experience of the development partner, and the terms of the contract.
