REAP - WV Extended Producer Responsibility Study

The West Virginia Department of Administration, Purchasing Division is seeking a vendor to conduct a study on Extended Producer Responsibility Programs. The study will consist of two phases, with the first phase involving research and the second phase involving the development of a final report and recommendations. The vendor will be paid upon completion of each deliverable. The scope of work includes project management, research, case development, and meetings with stakeholders. • The vendor will provide an hourly rate for project management tasks. • The vendor will provide a lump sum price for each deliverable in phases one and two. • The vendor will be paid upon completion of each deliverable. • The study will be conducted in accordance with the attached specifications and terms and conditions.
