RFI - CJIS Decentralized Info Sharing

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is seeking information from potential contractors to identify capabilities that can facilitate a national decentralized information sharing environment. This environment will enable states to analyze and share information from Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD), Law Enforcement Records Management Systems (LERMS), and other criminal justice/public safety information systems without requiring data to be uploaded into a centralized national-level information system. The key objectives of this project include: • Establishing a decentralized information sharing ecosystem for all data sets • Enabling enhanced analytics capabilities for both intrastate and interstate information sharing • Implementing standards to ensure each state can choose its own implementation path in a heterogeneous technology environment • Performing analytics on state-level CAD, RMS, and criminal history data sets • Publishing data sets to specific communities and subscribers • Providing standardized knowledge graph information to other states and partners The FBI is looking for companies that can provide the necessary information for this contemplated requirement, including company name and business size, evidence of technical ability, and information about GSA Schedule and NASA SEWP contracts.
