Floral & Crafts Supplies, Equipment and Related Services

The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for Floral & Crafts Supplies, Equipment and Related Services on an "as needed" basis. The contract will be for a period of five years, with an annual option for renewal. EPIC6 is looking for reliable, high-performance vendors to supply products and services to public agencies and certain non-profit organizations. The solicitation is open to a wide range of products, including brushes, paints, oil pastels, chalk, clay, canvas boards, watercolors, card stock, construction paper, tissue paper, glue/adhesives, scissors, tape, wire, beads, ceramic & pottery supplies, floral arranging supplies, leathercraft supplies, picture framing materials and supplies, sewing machines and supplies, fabric, thread, yarn, weaving supplies, and any other products related to floral and/or arts & crafts. • The contract will be awarded to multiple vendors, and EPIC6 reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. • The successful vendors will be required to provide pricing for any EPIC6 member, regardless of the quantity of product or service purchased. • The vendors will be evaluated based on their proposal, and the point score received will be used to determine the awarded vendors. • The contract will be for a period of five years, with an annual option for renewal. • EPIC6 reserves the right to terminate the agreement for cause or no cause for convenience with a thirty-day written notice.
