Description
The City of Cincinnati is seeking vendors to provide a 12‑month term contract for the supply, delivery, rental, testing, inspection, and remote‑telemetry monitoring of a wide range of industrial and medical gases, cylinders, and micro‑bulk liquid‑argon tanks. The contract includes monthly cylinder rentals, per‑delivery fees, hydrostatic testing, ultrasonic inspection, valve replacement, and a cellular‑powered telemetry service. Bidders must submit pricing using the unmodified Excel “Volume 3_REVISED” sheet and meet local‑stock requirements for the greater Cincinnati area.
• Supply of numerous gases (oxygen, nitrogen, argon, helium, carbon monoxide, etc.) in various cylinder sizes and bulk tanks.
• Provide associated services: cylinder rental, delivery, testing, valve replacement, and a solar‑powered remote‑telemetry system (city pays only the monthly monitoring fee).
• Must maintain local inventory, submit detailed pricing in highlighted cells, and optionally include DEI Form 147; all other terms unchanged from the original solicitation.
