Description
The State of Michigan is seeking vendors to produce food‑service decals (FI‑217 & FI‑219) for labeling purposes. Vendors must respond to criteria evaluating turnaround time, in‑state printing capability, price hold, and relevant experience. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that best meets the scoring criteria and complies with the State’s standard contract terms, including delivery, inspection, warranties, and indemnification.
• Deliverable: printed food decals (FI‑217 & FI‑219)
• Evaluation criteria: 25 points each for turnaround after approved proof, Michigan printing location, 30‑day price hold, and prior experience
• Delivery: F.O.B. destination, vendor bears packaging, freight, and risk until acceptance
• Payment: invoicing with 45‑day payment window after invoice receipt or final acceptance
• Compliance: Must adhere to Michigan procurement policies, warranties, and indemnification requirements.
