Description
The Special Operations Command Africa (SOCAF) is seeking lodging support services for the Flintlock 2026 event in Tampa, Florida. The contract requires 17 king-size rooms from 15-21 March 2026, within a 10-minute drive of SOFWERX, with amenities such as direct dial telephone, color TV, hair dryer, ironing board, and coffee maker. Each room must also include breakfast. The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer.
• The contractor must provide a technical offer outlining the total number of rooms that meet or exceed the requirements.
• The contractor must submit a price quote that includes all associated costs, such as taxes, fees, and transportation.
• The government reserves the right to conduct interchanges with quoters to resolve minor or clerical errors.
• The contract will be a firm fixed-price, non-personal services contract.
