NOTICE OF INTENT: AgilePlace Project Management Software

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to negotiate a firm-fixed priced purchase order on a sole source basis with Planview for the AgilePlace Project Management Software. The software will be used by the NIST Engineering Laboratory to support Kanban-style planning and management processes. The laboratory requires a system that can accurately and robustly model business processes and provide visual management and forecasting capabilities. The sole source determination is based on the fact that Planview's AgilePlace is the only known solution that meets NIST's minimum technical requirements, including critical interoperability needs with existing systems and operational environment.
