CTR/OSC Wdata Implementation Project

The Office of the Comptroller is seeking a vendor to implement Wdata application with their existing Workiva software and Wdesk. The vendor would be required to meet all State guidelines and requirements. The response would include a health scan to assess current settings inside Workiva in respect to Wdata, formatting for SEFA, if successful, next phase would include implementation of Wdata for ACFR, then if successful next phase would be to implement Wdata for SBFR. • The vendor will be required to provide training for staff. • The vendor will be required to provide support for the application and staff. • The RFR will define the incremental steps and require a cost associated with each step. • The Office of the Comptroller oversees the financial systems and processes of the Commonwealth. • The Office of the Comptroller is responsible for statewide accounting and for financial reporting under both GASB and federal requirements.
