Description
The City of Baxley, Georgia is seeking proposals from experienced engineering firms to provide professional services for the design and implementation of public works infrastructure projects associated with Federal and/or State grant programs. The project involves repairing a drainage culvert at City Circle Road to restore proper stormwater flow and prevent future erosion and structural failure. The selected firm will be responsible for providing engineering services, including structural design, construction engineering inspection, and program management.
Key aspects of the project include:
• The project is funded through the Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) OneGeorgia Authority Disaster Recovery Efforts Grant Program
• The selected firm must have experience with federal grant projects and be licensed in the State of Georgia
• The proposal must include a qualification package, references, list of subcontractors, basis of pricing, and a signed, notarized affidavit
• The City of Baxley reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to solicit again at a later date
