Description
The East Ramapo Central School District seeks an experienced early‑childhood educational consultant to provide data‑driven evaluation, instructional coaching, professional‑development, and compliance support for its Universal Pre‑Kindergarten (UPK) sites over a three‑year term. The consultant will conduct site visits, gather and analyze instructional data, coach teachers, design and deliver PD workshops, ensure licensing compliance, and produce regular reports to district leadership.
• Perform on‑site observations, collect and analyze assessment and compliance data across multiple UPK locations.
• Provide evidence‑based instructional coaching and develop improvement plans for each site.
• Design and facilitate professional‑development sessions covering curriculum implementation, classroom management, and early‑childhood best practices.
• Assist with licensing, certification, and regulatory compliance for all UPK programs.
• Deliver timely written and verbal reports, offering actionable recommendations and monitoring follow‑up.
• Maintain ongoing communication with district officials and stay current on NYS Pre‑K guidelines and early‑childhood research.
