J045--Replace Domestic Hot Water Skid

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to replace three domestic hot water skids at the Audie L Murphy Veterans Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. The contractor will be responsible for removing the existing skids, installing new ones, and providing start-up and initial testing. The contractor will also replace two domestic hot water booster pumps and two domestic hot water return pumps. The work must be completed within 180 calendar days after award. • The contractor must have experience working with building water systems and controls systems. • The contractor must have previous experience working in a hospital setting. • The contractor must have knowledge of the Audie L. Murphy Memorial VA Hospital's Infection Control and Life Safety requirements. • The contractor must provide a capability statement, references, and pricing information. • The contractor must be certified as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
