Description
The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction is seeking a preventative maintenance agreement for refrigeration units at the OPI Meat Processing Career Center. The agreement will include quarterly preventative maintenance for condensing units and unit coolers, as well as semi-annual preventative maintenance services. The supplier will also perform repairs at the contract's time and material rates. The initial agreement will run through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for up to two additional two-year terms.
• The maintenance services will include visually inspecting each unit, routine cleaning, and making recommendations for any immediate service/repairs needed.
• The supplier must provide emergency response within four hours, 24/7 availability required.
• The work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, excluding State holidays, with adjusted labor rates for work outside normal hours.
