Description
The Township of Parsippany‑Troy Hills is seeking qualified law firms or attorneys to provide a broad range of legal services on an as‑needed basis for the 2026 fiscal year. The solicitation is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) covering specialties such as special counsel, tax court representation, land‑use and zoning matters, bond counsel, cannabis regulation, labor law, municipal law, redevelopment, and other legal needs. Respondents must submit a sealed, double‑copy proposal with required certifications, ownership disclosures, and two recent work‑product samples. The contract will run through December 31 2026 at an hourly rate of $195 for attorney services, plus reimbursable expenses.
