IFB – Inflatable Boats, Motors, and Trailers

The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department is seeking bids to purchase two V Bottom Inflatable Swift Water Boats, two 40 hp Tiller Drive Outboard Motors, and two Aluminum Boat Trailers for the Law Enforcement Division. The boats should have a V Bottom hull design, be approximately fourteen feet long, and have a horsepower rating that meets or exceeds the horsepower of the engine provided. The motors should be compatible with the boats and have a horsepower of 40 HP. The trailers should be able to safely fit and transport the boats with the outboard motors. • The contract will commence upon the issuance of a contract by TPWD and automatically expires upon the delivery date agreed upon and final acceptance by TPWD. • The equipment provided shall be in accordance with the purchase specifications. • The vendor must contact TPWD to schedule an inspection of assembled boat packages prior to delivery. • The vendor shall provide one week's notice prior to delivery to the contact designated on the purchase order. • The contract may be terminated if the contractor knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with the requirements of the state risk and authorization management program.
