Description
The City of Salem is seeking bids for an electrical contractor of record to perform routine and emergency electrical maintenance, repairs, and installation at various Salem Housing Authority locations. The successful bidder will provide all necessary materials and labor for the work. The contract is for a period of 12 months, and the City reserves the right to cancel the procurement or reject any or all bids. The bid must be submitted electronically through Equity Hub's Bid Locker, and the City will not accept bids submitted in any other manner.
• The bid price shall include delivery, F.O.B. City of Salem destination point.
• The City will make a determination of the acceptability of the product as an approved equal.
• The successful Bidder will be required to sign an agreement to deliver to the City at the prices bid for a period of twelve (12) months.
• The City's obligation to award this bid is contingent upon appropriation or approval of funds.
• The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part or waive irregularities when in the best interest of the City.
