Description
The Jefferson Parish Purchasing Department is seeking bids for a three-year contract to provide glass repairs and maintenance at various Jefferson Parish owned facilities. The contract will be for a period of three years, and the bidder must provide a workforce and the necessary equipment and tools to respond to multiple facilities simultaneously. The bidder must also provide a minimum thirty-day warranty on all labor and all parts purchased must have a full manufacturer warranty.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The bidder must hold a Louisiana State Contractor's License and a Jefferson Parish license.
• The bidder must provide proof of insurance, including worker's compensation, commercial general liability, and business automobile liability.
• The bidder must comply with all provisions of Louisiana Law and the Jefferson Parish Code of Ordinances.
• The bidder must submit a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid.
