The San Francisco Community College District is seeking a qualified contractor to supply, install, and commission an emergency generator system for Batmale Hall, including associated civil, mechanical, and electrical work. The contract covers generator delivery, concrete pad construction, fencing, gas hook‑up, wiring to building panels, fire‑alarm integration, and full as‑built documentation. The contractor must comply with California Title 24, prevailing‑wage rules, and a suite of certifications (drug‑free, tobacco‑free, hazardous‑materials, etc.). The project’s construction window is 418 calendar days after a Notice to Proceed, with liquidated damages of $500 per day for overruns.
