The State of Michigan’s Department of Technology, Management & Budget is seeking a qualified printing vendor to produce 10,000 sets of a four‑page “Report of Hearing Evaluation and Report to School.” Each set consists of eight‑and‑a‑half by eleven‑inch sheets printed on specific NCR stock (white for pages 1‑2, pink for pages 3‑4) with a half snap‑out tab. The vendor must provide a PDF proof for approval, hold pricing for 30 days, and complete production within 10 business days after proof approval. Bids are evaluated on price, turnaround time, and relevant experience. Only pre‑qualified vendors will be considered.
