Install HVAC in BLDGS 3 and 15 - Tifton, GA

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to remove the mini-split systems installed and replace with a multi-zone system that can heat/cool in Bldg 3 and 15 at the Southeast Watershed Research Unit in Tifton, GA. The period of performance will be 90 days after award. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the work. The USDA intends to make one award from this solicitation. • The contractor must be a small business concern. • The contractor must provide two recent and relevant references. • The contractor must complete Exhibit A, answering all questions. • The contractor must provide pricing for all items. • The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws and the Equal Protection principles of the U.S. Constitution.
