Description
Broward College is seeking a single qualified consulting firm to manage the full presidential search process. The firm will develop a recruitment strategy, identify and attract candidates (including non‑academic talent), manage applications, coordinate interviews with the Board of Trustees and Search Committee, provide interim progress reports, and assist with final negotiations and transition. The firm must be able to present a shortlist of qualified candidates by November 30 2026 and may be asked to provide additional services such as advertising, reference checks, and post‑selection support. The contract is awarded to the most responsive and responsible respondent based on fee structure, experience, and demonstrated capability.
• Scope includes strategy development, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and negotiation support.
• Minimum three years of presidential search experience required; Florida‑based firms preferred.
• Fee proposal must be fully disclosed; no subcontracting allowed.
• Insurance and compliance requirements are extensive.
• Submission must be electronic via DemandStar by 2:30 p.m. ET on 22 Oct 2026.
