Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for boat rentals with manned crews for a test event at Thunder Bay. The proposed contract action is for the services or supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, National Marine Sanctuary Foundation. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. The contractor must provide rental of Class III vessels and on-water support for the 2026 Silent Swarm event, as well as logistical support. The contract will be for a firm fixed price.
• The contractor must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
• The contractor must provide a quote that includes all required information.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide documentation appropriate to the type of payment request.
• The contractor must ensure that all goods or services attempted to be delivered on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday without specific instructions from the Contracting Officer will be returned to the contractor at the contractor's expense with no cost or liability to the U.S. Government.
