FURNISHING, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF FURNITURE FOR MIDDLESEX STADIUM

The Middlesex County Department of Infrastructure Management, Office of Facilities Management is seeking bids for the furnishing, delivery, and installation of furniture for the Middlesex Stadium. The contract shall commence the next business day following the Date of Award and continue for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. The successful bidder shall furnish, deliver, assemble, and set in place each furniture item. The line item price shall be inclusive of all costs, including assembly, setting in place, and removal of debris. • The bid specifications include various items such as folding lockers, stadium seating, outdoor tables, and stools. • Bidders must comply with all laws relating to sale of and purchase by County Governments and Municipal Corporations. • The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive identified irregularities and technicalities. • The contract shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.
