Seismic Data Acquisition Services

This RFP seeks a qualified contractor to provide professional seismic data acquisition services for a high‑resolution 2‑D active‑source line (≈5 km) and an optional 3‑D passive ambient‑noise survey on Navajo Nation tribal land in eastern Arizona. Work must be completed within Q2 2027, including field acquisition, data processing, and delivery of SEG‑Y, miniSEED, GIS coordinate files, and final processed products. The contractor must handle permitting, limited‑access logistics (ATV, hiking, possible helicopter), and adhere to strict HSE and data‑security requirements. • Acquire a single 2‑D active‑source seismic line (~5 km) with either explosive or heavy‑weight‑drop source. • Conduct a concurrent 3‑D passive ambient‑noise survey (month‑long) and deliver continuous miniSEED records. • Provide full suite of deliverables: raw shot records, passive recordings, GPS/QC logs, as‑laid coordinates, acquisition & processing reports, migrated images, and P‑wave velocity models, all within specified post‑acquisition timeframes. • Execute all field work and deliverables within the April 1 – June 30 2027 window, respecting tribal permitting and limited‑access site constraints.
