HOUSING REHABILITATION PROGRAM TEMPORARY RELOCATION LODGING SERVICES

The City of Wilmington seeks up to two qualified hotel or short‑term‑rental operators to provide optional temporary‑relocation lodging for families displaced by the city’s housing‑rehabilitation projects. Lodging must be located within Wilmington, include cooking facilities, and be delivered within ten business days of a relocation request. The contractor will coordinate with the City’s Affordable Housing Manager and may be awarded a 12‑month contract with two optional one‑year extensions. • Provide safe, clean lodging units with full kitchen amenities for displaced residents. • Must respond within ten business days of a relocation notice and be able to supply multiple units as needed. • Contractor must maintain required insurance, SAM registration, E‑Verify compliance, and demonstrate MBE/DBE good‑faith effort. • Evaluation based on experience, quality of lodging, cost‑effectiveness, references, and MBE certification (total 100 points).
