The Clark County is soliciting proposals from firms who are qualified as a construction manager/general contractor for the performance of Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the Clark County Rehabilitation Center. The intent of this formal Request for Proposal is to receive responses from qualified respondents for awards exempt from competitive solicitation under Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) 332.115, Revised 2019. • The RFP is for CMAR services for the Clark County Rehabilitation Center. • A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on January 8, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. via Webex. • All questions and proposals for this RFP shall be submitted electronically on the Clark County Bonfire Portal.
