Description
The Pellston Public Schools are seeking a qualified flooring contractor to remove existing hallway carpeting and install a new epoxy flooring finish at Pellston Middle/High School. The project includes removing carpet, cove base, and remaining adhesive, and providing a finished surface to receive the application of new epoxy flooring. The contractor will be responsible for any damage caused during construction and must repair it within 10 working days at their own expense. The project requires the contractor to have experience with epoxy flooring systems and to follow the manufacturer's recommendations for installation.
