Description

The State of Montana is seeking a qualified contractor to design, deliver, and manage the ReAct Youth Engagement component of the Montana Tobacco Use Prevention Program (MTUPP) for the fiscal year July 2026 – June 2027. The effort involves creating educational materials, conducting outreach and training sessions for youth, and providing health‑related services aimed at reducing tobacco use among Montana’s younger population. The contract will be awarded on a lump‑sum basis and must comply with numerous state certifications (equal‑pay, nondiscrimination, AI disclosure, etc.). • Develop and disseminate youth‑focused tobacco‑prevention educational content (materials and curriculum). • Deliver in‑person and virtual training workshops, outreach events, and other engagement activities throughout Montana. • Manage program reporting, data collection, and compliance with state health‑related service requirements. • Submit a single lump‑sum funding request covering the entire 12‑month service period. • Meet mandatory pre‑submission prerequisites (business information, confidentiality affidavits, certifications, etc.) by the sealed‑until deadline.
