Description
The Little Rock Air Force Base is seeking a contractor to provide packing and crating services for the personal property of Department of Defense personnel. The contractor will be responsible for preparing personal property for shipment, drayage, and/or storage, and will provide all necessary personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, and materials. The period of performance is from 28 May 2025 to 27 May 2026, with one option period from 28 May 2026 to 27 May 2027. The contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide complete service outbound and inbound, including packing and crating of personal property.
• The contractor must provide intra-city services, including packing and crating of personal property.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and labor standards.
• The contractor must provide a detailed breakdown of proposed prices and must include all options in the price quote.
• The contractor must have at least two years of experience performing work of a similar scope and magnitude to this requirement.
