Description
This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive grounds‑maintenance services for several Gwinnett County parks on an annual basis, with two optional one‑year renewals. The work includes mowing, edging, blowing, seasonal leaf removal, pruning, limited herbicide use, and mandatory reporting after each service visit. The contractor must field at least three crews (each with a minimum of three members), supply all labor, tools, and equipment, and maintain required insurance and certifications, including a Georgia Category 24 pesticide applicator license. Services run weekly from March through October and bi‑weekly from November through February, beginning June 5 2026.
• Mowing, edging, and blowing of lawns, hardscapes, and parking areas at four named parks (Pinckneyville, West Gwinnett, Holcomb Bridge, Jones Bridge).
• Seasonal bed, island, and tree‑well maintenance, including pruning of shrubs and trees under 18 ft.
• Licensed pesticide applications with 24‑hour reporting of service and pesticide logs.
• Minimum staffing of three crews (≥ 3 members each) and provision of commercial‑grade equipment.
