Rafah Border Crossing Civil Works

The Office of the Nonproliferation and Disarmament Fund (NDF) is seeking a highly qualified local contractor in Egypt for minor civil works and terminal infrastructure upgrades at the Rafah Border Crossing. The contractor must have enhanced local knowledge and expertise, be familiar with the region's building codes and environmental regulations, and be able to handle unexpected changes and adjust their schedules. The key capabilities required include the ability to work with the Egypt General Intelligence Service (EGIS) and the Egyptian Army, perform site surveys, and demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness. * Demonstrate ability to work with EGIS and the Egyptian Army * Physically located in Egypt with strong local knowledge and expertise * Ability to perform site surveys and coordinate with EGIS and the Egyptian Army * Capability to handle unexpected changes and adjust schedules
