Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), is seeking potential sources for maintenance of Teleflex AC3 Optimus Intra-Aortic Balloon Pumps at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center. The contractor will be responsible for providing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, as well as repair services, to ensure the equipment is functional and available for use 95% of the time. The contract will have a base year and two option years, with a total duration of up to 3 years. Some key requirements include:
* Providing all spare and replacement parts needed for maintenance and repair
* Performing annual preventative maintenance inspections
* Responding to service calls within 24 hours
* Providing documentation of all services performed
* Ensuring all work is performed by fully qualified and competent personnel
* Complying with all VA regulations and policies, including those related to information security and records management.
