Construction Services, Liberty Lake Golf Course Driving Range Netting Replacement

The project involves the replacement of the driving range netting at the Liberty Lake Golf Course. The contractor will be responsible for providing all materials, labor, equipment, and permitting necessary for the project. The project requires a bid deposit in the form of a surety bond, postal money order, cash, cashier’s check, or certified check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid proposed including sales tax. The contractor will be required to pay for and file a Performance Bond and Payment Bond to the STATE OF WASHINGTON AND SPOKANE COUNTY (dual obligees) which will always be, at a minimum, equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price including sales tax and all additions, deletions, or extensions in time. • The project requires a pre-bid conference, which will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams on February 26, 2026. • The contractor must be registered in the State of Washington in accordance with Chapter 18.27 of the Revised Code of Washington. • The contractor must provide a bid deposit in the form of a surety bond or cash. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. • The contractor must defend, indemnify, and hold the County and the County's Consultant(s) harmless from any and all claims, including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees, demands, losses, and liabilities to or by third parties arising from, resulting from, or connected with services performed or to be performed under this contract.
