Description
The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking a Master Contractor to provide Dell hardware, including laptops and smart docks, to replace antiquated systems used by a special unit. The contract is limited to Master Contractors awarded under the Desktop Laptop and Tablet 2015 Master Contract. The proposal must include product specifications, pricing, and a statement of authorization from the manufacturer or distributor. The evaluation criteria include the ability to provide the requested equipment and support services, statement of authorization, MSRP sheet, mercury affidavit, and price.
• The contract requires the delivery of 35 Dell Pro 16 Plus laptops and 35 Dell Pro Thunderbolt 4 Smart docks.
• The Master Contractor must be an authorized reseller for Dell and provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
• The contract may be for multiple years with pricing provided at a per-year price.
• The Department reserves the right to purchase more or less than the specified quantity.
