Spectrum Instrumentation Digitizers

The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) intends to negotiate a sole-source award for the procurement of Spectrum Instrumentation Digitizers. The required specifications include a 16-bit depth, modular housing with a networkable interface, and a high sampling rate. The Government has determined that no other company can meet all the above-mentioned specifications, and therefore, Spectrum Instrumentation Corporation is the sole-source provider of the required items. • The required items are DN2.596-16 Digitizer NETBOX with a quantity of 3. • The digitizers must have a bit depth/resolution of 16 bits, a measurement speed of over 50 MS/s, and a measurement bandwidth of 60 MHz. • The digitizers must have on-board memory of over 1000 MS, input impedance that can be software-toggled between 50 Ohms and high impedance, and microwave input connectors of BNC type. • The digitizers must have a network connectivity of yes, with an ethernet interface, and be a standalone unit, not a PXIe chassis card. • The digitizers must have a software license included, electrical connector required of 120V AC, US, and accept a 10 MHz clock input.
