Description
The City of Philadelphia is seeking a quotation for the supply of 2 units of 12FT Telescopic Extension Pole. The pole should be a 3-12FT Adjustable Aluminum Paint Roller & Cleaning Pole with a Universal Twist-On Metal Tip, and should be a sturdy multi-purpose household tool. The quotation should include all items specified, and the seller should be prepared to deliver the products at the prices quoted, FOB Destination Point. The City reserves the right to reject any and all quotes, and to accept quotes from more than one seller. The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsible, responsive seller.
• The quotation should be electronically submitted to PHLContracts by a seller with legal authority to bind the seller’s company.
• The seller should quote on all items specified in PHLContracts for this micro purchase.
• The seller should not include any sales taxes imposed on the seller in its costs to be reimbursed by the City.
• The seller shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the City, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all losses, costs, claims, suits, actions, damages, liabilities, and expenses.
• The seller shall comply with all applicable laws, including without limitation, ordinances, executive orders, rules, and regulations of any governmental body.
