Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Brewer Flex Access Exam Table, Power Back Color Option: Deep Sapphire, and Safety Grab Bars for Access Exam Table, Factory Installed. The exam table should have a weight capacity of 700 pounds, powered height adjustment, and powered backrest positioning. The table should also have a length of 57 inches extendable to 78 inches, an upholstery width of 28 inches, and easy-to-clean seamless upholstery. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract, and the period of delivery should be no later than 60 days after award.
• The exam table should meet the salient characteristics outlined in section B.4 of the solicitation.
• The contractor should provide a quote that includes the standard deliver cost for shipment of all items and any installations as all inclusive.
• The contractor should submit invoices electronically in accordance with VAAR Clause 852.232-72 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests.
• The contractor should comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and security prohibitions and exclusions.
