Kingman Municipal Airport and Industrial Park and the Beale Street Streetscape Project Landscaping and Tree Trimming Services

The City of Kingman is seeking a contractor to provide landscaping and tree trimming services for the Kingman Municipal Airport and Industrial Park, as well as the Beale Street Streetscape project. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the grounds at a high standard of safety, aesthetic appeal, and environmental sustainability. The scope of work includes tasks such as tree trimming, weeding, leaf and branch removal, and repair of irrigation systems. The contractor must also provide an hourly rate for personnel and equipment to be used for specialty or one-time projects. • The contract term will be five years from the contract execution date. • The City reserves the right to reject any proposal not in compliance with all of the prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements contained herein. • Proposers must demonstrate their ability to meet the specifications and requirements outlined in the RFP. • The City will evaluate proposals based on the criteria outlined in Section 7: Evaluation Criteria. • The successful proposer will be required to submit all necessary documents and information as a condition of final award of the contract.
