IS Core Router Purchase 2026

The County of Butte is seeking bids for the purchase of Cisco core routers and related equipment. The bid includes the purchase of two Cisco Catalyst 9400 Series 7 slot, 1xSup, 2xLC, DNA-A LIC, two 25GBASE-CU SFP28 Cables, and one Cisco Catalyst 9400 Series 7 slot chassis Fan Tray (Spare). The equipment must meet the specifications outlined in the bid document, and the supplier must provide a lifetime hardware warranty, bundled installation, configuration, migration, and knowledge transfer services. The bid must be submitted on the provided IFB form, and all bids must be received by Butte County Purchasing Services before 2:30pm PST on Thursday, May 14, 2026. • The bid must include the price for each item, and the prices must be good for at least 30 days. • The supplier must provide a description of their use of recycled materials in the manufacture of products. • The County of Butte reserves the right to reject all bids, waive any informality, or accept the bid that appears to be in the best interest of the County. • The successful supplier will be required to sell the article and/or service according to the terms of its bid.
