Description
The Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services is seeking to purchase IBM AIX v7 Licensing Software & Subscription for a term of 12 months, from December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2026. This is a Small Business Reserve Procurement, limited to certified small business vendors. The procurement is open to Master Contractors awarded under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012) contract.
• The software subscription is for IBM AIX v7.
• The term of the subscription is 12 months.
• The procurement is limited to certified small business vendors.
• Only Master Contractors awarded under the COTS 2012 contract are eligible to submit a bid.
• Bids must be submitted electronically through the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) e-Procurement system.
