Description
The Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) is seeking competitive bid proposals from qualified vendors to provide tower light monitoring services, repair parts, and new systems to KDOT. The awarded vendor will not be responsible for installing the new systems or making any repairs. Repair parts and new systems will be requested on an as-needed basis to KDOT. The contract period is from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2028, with the option to renew for three additional twelve-month periods.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing tower light monitoring services
• Supplying repair parts and new systems as needed
• Ensuring compliance with all federal and state laws relating to immigration and reform
• Adhering to the State of Kansas Policy Against Sexual Harassment, Discrimination, and Retaliation
• Certifying that the company is not currently engaged in a boycott of goods or services from Israel
• Complying with the provisions of the Kansas Act Against Discrimination and the Americans With Disabilities Act
