Surveying Services for Lee County Community Development Block Grant - Neighborhood Revitalization

The County of Lee is seeking a qualified North Carolina Professional Land Surveyor to provide surveying services for the Community Development Block Grant – Neighborhood Revitalization program. The selected surveyor will be responsible for providing field surveys, boundary stakes, and preparing digital and paper survey maps for three residential parcels. The surveyor will need to coordinate with County staff and project partners throughout the process. • The surveyor must be a North Carolina Professional Land Surveyor • The surveyor must provide a Statement of Qualifications, including a cover letter, an overview of the firm, license information, and a Certificate of Authority if applicable • The surveyor must have relevant experience with boundary surveying in Lee County or surrounding areas • The surveyor must be able to describe their current workload, capacity to complete the work, and typical response time following a Notice to Proceed • Fees will be negotiated only with the firm determined to be most qualified
