The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) is seeking bids for the replacement of a chiller at the Naval Station Norfolk (NSN) in Norfolk, Virginia. The project involves the demolition of the existing chiller and the installation of a new one, with all activities taking place over a weekend to minimize disruption. The contractor will be required to provide a Level 2 QC/SSHO and a QC & Site Specific AP Plan. • The project is only open to Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) contractors primarily in the Hampton Roads Area of Virginia. • The contractor must acknowledge receipt of the amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended. • The contractor must provide a proposal that includes all necessary information, including a description of the work to be performed and the price. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental and safety issues.
