Description
The City of Columbus, Recreation and Parks Department is seeking vendors to provide stage production, A/V equipment rental, and repair services for the 2026 City of Columbus events. The selected vendor(s) will provide rental of audio, video, lighting, and stage equipment, delivery of equipment, labor, and/or maintenance and repair services as needed. The agreement will expire on 3/31/2027, and the City has the right to award multiple vendors.
• The vendor must submit itemized pricing for all applicable items, including rental equipment, transportation rates, labor rates, and maintenance and repair services.
• The vendor must provide a point of contact that can be reached during the rental or service term.
• Rental items and services will be provided per the needs of each event.
• Pricing must exclude state and federal taxes.
• The vendor must provide BWC and Insurance certificates.
