Description
The Veteran Health Administration (VHA) is seeking a vendor to provide annual preventative and unscheduled maintenance of the Audio/Visual (A/V) System at the Foxcroft office. The selected vendor will be responsible for maintaining the entire AV system, including conference rooms and data rooms, and ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly. The vendor will also provide remote support, on-site support, and quarterly preventative maintenance visits. The contract will be a firm fixed-price contract with a period of performance of one base year and up to four optional years.
Key responsibilities include:
• Conducting a full inspection and assessment of the AV equipment
• Providing a recommended service plan to the VHA OEM POC
• Performing quarterly preventative maintenance visits
• Providing remote diagnostics and unlimited next-day on-site support
• Repairing and replacing equipment as needed
• Providing firmware and software updates
The ideal vendor will have experience with AV system maintenance and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
