The Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a cloud-based service and support for the Integrated Management and Communications (IMC) law enforcement system used by the Massachusetts Environmental Police. The scope of work includes migration planning and execution, infrastructure and application enhancements, support and maintenance, training, and deliverables such as a migration plan, cloud infrastructure setup, and support SLA documentation. The selected contractor must have experience with law enforcement systems, cloud-based infrastructure, and strong project management skills. The contract has a maximum dollar amount of $60,000 per calendar year and is expected to run through June 30, 2031. • Key features of the project include: • Migration of the existing Central Square application to a cloud-based infrastructure • Implementation of a cloud-hosted solution with redundancy, monitoring, and failover capabilities • Optimization of application performance to support quicker updates and data processing • Establishment of incident routing to a 24x7 support desk with clear escalation procedures • Training for staff on the new cloud-based system • Definition of support SLAs and response times • Development of escalation paths for incident management
